I didn&#8217;t finish in 90 minutes, but came pretty close (92 minutes and change). And that was with\u00a0a long break at on water stop about halfway through the run to talk to Carrie and Kimberly, who are taking a break from TNT right now.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/ridewithgps.com\/trips\/7974935\/embed\" width=\"100%\" height=\"500px\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>I did a 5\/1 run\/walk interval for the most part, but my running partner, Patti, doesn&#8217;t like to take walk breaks, so there were times when we skipped it. I felt pretty strong during the run and probably should have run the whole thing, but I want to use my long runs to simulate marathon pacing, which is why I am trying to do a run\/walk @ 11:25 minutes per mile.
